硬件很新，服務團隊整體素質較高。 施工環境嘈雜。 個別夜間保安態度極差，在沒有明確禁煙標識、且在公共道路區域（非人員聚集區）訓斥、輕蔑地驅趕吸菸人員，十分霸道，讓人感覺把酒店當做了**，像是酒店作為高消費場所（主要客人是外國人）在貶低當地越南人。 和高端品牌的定位不符。希望酒店可以平等的對待哪怕不是入住客人的所有周邊人員。

所有服務人員都非常熱心提供很完善的服務，尤其是健身房人員非常耐心解說各項設施，房間.早餐也都很棒，唯獨一個小缺點，淋浴間的排水不良積水導致水流到門外，這點希望能改善，後續過來河內會再入住

Our experience at Fairmont Hanoi was absolutely magnificent! This luxurious five-star hotel exceeded all our expectations in every possible way. From the moment we stepped into the grand lobby, we were greeted with impeccable service and stunning colonial-inspired architecture that perfectly captures the elegance of Hanoi. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a restful sleep every night. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped with premium toiletries. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Hanoi's Old Quarter, with many attractions within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's restaurants, where we savor delicious Vietnamese cuisine and international dishes. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, featuring a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The swimming pool and fitness center were excellent for relaxation and exercise. The staff were professional, courteous, and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Whether it was arranging airport transfers or providing local recommendations, their attentiveness made us feel like royalty. The concierge team helped us book memorable experiences including a traditional water puppet show and a food tour through the city's famous street food stalls. We cannot recommend Fairmont Hanoi enough for travelers seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and authentic Vietnamese hospitality. This truly was a dream vacation that we will cherish forever!
